Real time to know the specific changes in temperature, what kind of environment is more appropriate, do a good job of temperature prevention is the core of how to accurately obtain real-time temperature data. We can make unnecessary decisions when we make the necessary decisions.
With the rapid development of information science and technology, temperature detection plays an increasingly important role in industry, agriculture and people's social life. In most parts of the production and living needs of the environmental temperature, body temperature detection, when the temperature exceeds a certain range, high automatic or artificial heat, too low to be heated, temperature regulation to the need to achieve production and life. Temperature sensor has gone through three stages: traditional discrete temperature sensor, analog integrated temperature sensor, intelligent integrated temperature sensor. The said digital temperature sensor came out in twentieth Century, it is the research of microelectronics technology, computer technology and automatic test technology, features the outputtemperature data and related temperature control, through a variety of micro controller (MCU). The development of society requires people to the requirements of the sensor is also getting higher and higher, and now the temperature sensor is based on the microcontroller from analog to digital, from integrated to intelligent. The temperature sensor can sense the temperature of the environment, and the perception of the environment temperature through the display circuit to show that it has great influence on people's life, has very important significance for the design and research of temperature acquisition and control system.
Temperature is a very important physical quantity, because it directly affects the physical and chemical processes such as combustion, chemical reaction, fermentation, baking, calcination, distillation, concentration, extrusion, crystallization and air flow. Temperature control failure may lead to production safety, product quality, product yield and a series of problems. Therefore, the significance of temperature detection is growing. Temperature acquisition control system has been widely used in industrial production, scientific research and people's life. In the industrial production process, many times need to strictly monitor the temperature, so that the production can be carried out smoothly, the quality of the product can be fully guaranteed. The use of automatic temperature control system can automatically control the temperature of the production environment, to ensure the production of automation, intelligent and smooth, safe, thereby improving the production efficiency of enterprises.
The task of this system is:
Humanized design. The limit temperature value can be input and displayed by the user according to different requirements. The upper and lower limits of the temperature set by the user via the displayed keyboard according to different needs and desires.
Real time and accurate display of sampling temperature. Can sample the temperature value in a timely manner, the correct display
Through collecting the temperature, accurately judge the difference between the standard value and the current value, timely start alarm device (including alarm buzzer prompt function) alarm, and take the corresponding program. Can easily and accurately see the difference between the standard and the current value, and make the corresponding alarm response.
The design goals are: to the current actual temperature display function, and the upper and lower bounds of the design function, the key operation on the lower limit of the modification, when more than the upper and lower alarm limit pixelcost circuit can be controlled by the way of alarm lamp. The system starts working with the initialization of the program and then displays the main interface. Then collect the temperature and humidity sensor internal conversion data, through the MCU programming to achieve the acquisition function, and read the temperature and humidity set value,
